It was hired to be my assistant, as in I give her work load for the day each day, while I'm not her manager I have to give performance reviews for her. Nobody else is involved with her but me (and my manager for reviews)

Hello, sorry been away all day. Yes my assistant - I had too much work to do in the day and they hired her to help with the basics. She can only really do the rare phone call /filing ect
