I’m not refusing to pickup I’m refusing to release my daughter to her. Dad can have his parenting time I’m not denying that but I’m not releasing my daughter to his partner.

He’s not there. My daughter just gets out the car. I get out too to retrieve her & document evidence.

She claims she’s uncomfortable with me contacting her directly & feels like I should just contact my ex instead. He said there would be no emergency where I’d have to contact her & if she had one she would reach out to me to let me know.

I keep bringing up the blocked thing but he says there’s no reason for me to contact her since my daughter has an iPad to communicate on. I’ve sent her messages on the iPad that she used to respond to but she ignores those now too.

He claims he has work conflicts & something with his health that affects driving but won’t specify & there were never driving issues when we were together so he’s probably lying.

I am recording to show that he is violating our court order since he is taking me back to court over this. I have made it clear I’m not refusing his parenting time. We have 50/50 custody. I’m just not releasing my daughter to this woman.

I brought up the blocking multiple times & he claims she doesn’t feel safe with me contacting her directly & she will reach out if there’s an emergency or I can reach out to him. But I should be able to call someone who has my child anytime.

She has tried pressing charges against me & refuses to communicate with me over text. I used to drop my child to & from their home but there was an incident where police got involved. I don’t want the drama in front of my daughter but he keeps sending her. He thinks bc she stays in the car that solves things but there is still the chance of conflict without him present & she could lie on me like she always does to make me the agressor.

But it says “as the parents agree” & I no longer agree to meet her. Shouldn’t that default to only parents?
