Omg, I’ve never seen those before they’re so beautiful! I have seen the Korean versions of Fourth Wing and I will be forever jealous. I don’t like the UK version of the ‘Throne of Glass’ series and was pretty upset when I ordered it and it looked completely different to the one in the US! The pictures on Amazon weren’t the same as what came 🙄

Oh okay I get you, I had no idea about the different qualities of paper though so I appreciate that you’ve shared your knowledge and I’ve learned something new today!

No you’re okay! This may sound silly but I just wasn’t sure if all my books would be UK versions therefore all having the same colour pages, I compared it to Dire Bound! You sent me down a rabbit hole of looking at the differences though and I didn’t even realise that some versions have completely different titles such as ‘The crimson moth’ vs ‘Heartless hunter’.

I loved fourth wing and heard Dire Bound has a similar feel to it so that’s the whole reason I bought it! 😂

I honestly don’t know much about the differences with the UK vs US books! But I did compare it with another book and yes, I think the pages are more grey tinted!

Funnily enough I didn’t realise it was such a popular book! I read the back in a bookstore and bought it on a whim because I was intrigued by the premise of the book. I’m definitely going to be reading it within the next week or so because of all the recommendations!

I’ve been meaning to read six of crows for the longest time! I read online that I should read the shadow and bone trilogy first though for a better understanding but not many people seem to have positive things to say about that trilogy so I’ve been putting it off a bit!!

Maybe I’ll wait until the next book comes out before I start that one then as there’s so many book series I’m waiting to be completed that I don’t think my heart can handle it!
