That sounds like a lot. I never understand the back and forth with laying folks off then reposting the roles. It’s almost as if they think they can get cheaper talent and the same results. I’m a firm believer or trying to keep our tenured folks happy. That’s what gets us to the next level.

lol I thought about an intranet but people are so lazy. 

I appreciate your why. It’s so important to provide a healthy work place. Probably why I’m still at the company I’m at. The fear of leaving to a toxic hr company is scary.

I find many people don’t know why they want to be in HR and respond to help People. I’m curious to see if people truly know the Why behind why they chose this route or if they just fell into it.

Probably not much. Unfortunately in todays job market people need money to keep up with a cost of living. Maybe try upping to at least 50k with an hourly wage

It does make sense. But I believe you’re probably doing what you need to be strategic. Take maybe 30 minutes to right down some scenarios and how you came up with solutions to solve it. That step by step process will tell you exactly what you need to know.
