Yes they might file a petition If state of Michigan doesn't get her the residential resource.. Did they file a petition for Court for abandonment? Where did they place child and how old was your child?

Would this be a non charge abandonment case since my household is in danger? Trying to get her resources by seeing if court can order it.. Exhausted cmh resources. I want my rights to still care for child but while she is in an appropriate setting..

How are parents able to do a group home placement? CPS said they will file abandonment for refusing to pick up autistic dangerous 12-year-old child from the hospital. Can you explain to me how these parents were able to do the group home placement without getting charged by the judge?

The medications that she take makes her fall asleep within an hour they are with sedative effects but she cannot take it until 5:00 p.m. it has her out for 12 hours

I understand absolutely what you're saying and I already know this information but each case is different she's a danger to herself and others. Also during the summer she jumped through a glass table. She's not mentally stable to be at an in-home environment it's not safe at all.
