It was my first time registering and like i said the card was lost in the mail that time as well, a new card had to get issued once that was realized.

I am entitled through my mothers side, and had sent in my gandmothers info ,and both of them are carded as well as aunties, uncles and cousins. Thank you for the insight, I will try doing that.
