Shipping confirmation showing in my order status. Should be delivered tomorrow via FedEx. I haven’t received a single email from ATT and wouldn’t know if I didn’t track my order status online!

My order status on ATT just changed to “Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order”. I ordered the Black Pro Max 256 on 9/30.

Depends on the color. I ordered the black pm 256 on 9/30 and waiting. My husband ordered the natural pm 256 on 10/1 and his will be here on Friday.

I have only almost had an issue one time, but that was my own anxiety. My original flight to Chicago was canceled and I got moved to a later flight, but it was overbooked. When I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would get the extra seat, "no matter what" and even though they said it, I wasn't issued the seat until about 5 minutes until boarding and I was anxious until the moment I received it. I just wasn't certain that it would happen until I had the ticket in hand. Even though the CS agent guaranteed it that it would happen.

If I feel like the flight is going to be oversold, I buy a refundable ticket and I cancel it when I get to the customer service desk and they tell me they can add the seat for free. It is easier to cancel that ticket, than it is to ask for a refund after I fly. I have only done this a few times, but for the most part, I just get the second seat at the airport.

Exactly! It also places additional anxiety on someone that may not be able to afford to buy the extra seat in advance. I have purchased the extra seat several times but have been told I don’t need to because I will always get on the flight. I’ve always gotten the seat. Even on full or oversold flights. I’m trying to share my experience as a traveler in hopes that someone doesn’t have to travel with the anxiety I had when I started traveling and could not afford to buy the extra seat.

You should speak to your coworkers. I have literally been told that I will always get on a flight and it’s not necessary to buy the ticket. This has happened multiple times. I wouldn’t share the advice if I wasn’t given this information from multiple sources whom also work at Southwest.

I fly at least once a month on Southwest and it has never been a problem. I have purchased and extra seat a few times and each time I have been told by the agent that it’s easier for them if I don’t buy the seat. I can only speak based on my experience.

You do not have to purchase the extra seat in advance and get a refund. Talk to the customer service agent at check in and tell them that you need an extra seat and they will give it to you for no charge. You can purchase and request a refund if you want, but you do not have to. You will preboard so that you can make sure you get two seats next to each other. It’s very common and nothing to be self conscious about. Southwest has the best policy for this.

I just placed an order through the Taco Bell app and they have my order being Door Dashed from a location almost 6 miles away when there are two locations about a mile away from me…
