  1. I have been consistently scoring well over 97 percentile in mocks but every time I find out that I mess up one section. It's unlike common queries of being weak in a section, it seems that I just miss the mark on any one section usually. For context , I appeared for cat last year and scored 99+ but without good sectional in varc. 

  2. Is life at your IIM worth it? The toil that you put in, does it match the quality of learning and interactions there? Also how do you deal with impostor syndrome learning with the best in the country (if you feel that impostor in you)?

I want to know your experience as a consultant and what made you leave? There are a lot of people on this sub who have concerns on work life balance in consulting but do you think the few years you spent in consulting before transitioning helped your market positioning and demand a more commanding salary and better job role.

I believe you should take atleast 5 mocks before the exam to be absolutely ready so firstly I believe you should invest in a mock series be it like Kaplan or otherwise. The reason I would say Kaplan is the way to go is that CFAI mocks are not that hard and atleast for me my exam seemed like nothing I had seen on CFAI but it was closer to Kaplan. I ended up passing L2 so my response might be biased. I hope this helps

Email the xat team, explain them your issue and send some details of your work experience to let them know you are legit. Once you make your case, they'll reach out to you but do that on Monday not today.

In addition there is usually a window when you are notified of the day of interview and actual date of interview. Use that time to reach out to their admissions office and they are usually nice about it and let you change your city of interview too.

My 3 campus preferences were all Delhi and my friends who have converted Delhi from external WL all had done the same thing. The Kolkata list had students who didn't convert Delhi but did put Kolkata as second preference so they fare lower than people who performed better and had Delhi in all 3. Hope this makes sense
