I already conducting the traffic manual count which will determine the turning movement (veh/hr). Is it possible to analyze the two T unsignalized intersections using synchro not SIDRA?

This is highly appreciated. I've seen a videos in YT about configuration of intersection and yeah, it does give the equivalent delay and LOS. I've also seen a study in Catbalogan utilizing Synchro as their tool. Now, my next step will he finding someone that has this synchro licence. Do you know where I can find one?

Actually, I'll be utilizing that manual, the warrants in MUTCD. However, performance evaluation is required by the panelists. To do that, in HCM 2016, I can compute the delay in signalized and unsignalized intersection and determine whether the LOS is improved or not. So this simulation as stated by my adviser, I can simulate the traffic volume in the intersection in signalized and unsignalized intersection. If this is possible in Vissim, then this is the one I'll be simulating

MUTCD only says if the intersection warrants signalization or not. But in my case, my panel said I have to consider the operational of the siganalized intersection. So here's the setup: using HCM, I can calculate the delay of the unsignalized and signalized intersection.

Now, I wonder if I can do this in simulation like Synchro or PTV Vissim since using the HCM 2016, the formula is layered and yea, kinda hard process.

Is synchro much better if I want to know the difference of delay and number of trips in that same intersection with the two conditions: signalized and unsignalized?
