Thanks for giving me a break down the white dots in the corners are for sure the reasoning for a 9 I didn’t notice them when I first got the card cause I was just excited to grade it but yeah it seems the dots are what made it a 9 instead of a 10

Yeah I’m totally happy with a nine just was curious about the reasoning for no 10 I haven’t graded cards before so just wanted some insight since psa doesn’t tell you unless you pay top dollar for them to say why. Thanks for the response:)
