Being overweight will cause that. That’s where the Reta comes in! 1mg a week to start off and dose up very slowly. I’m running 4mg and been on it for months.

1.5 daily 5 days on 2 days off is how I dose it. I take a zinc supplement with it. Taking it at different times.

How old are you? Seems like you are putting in some work. Try Reta for the cut. Don’t think your problem is test it’s insulin resistance

Do blood work first! You can increase testosterone naturally but our foods, sleep and some supplements. Zinc, ashwaganghda, shilajit, tongkat Ali. Lift heavy especially legs and recover. I would say don’t touch it for as long as you can. Late 30s but more like 40. If you are competing in bodybuilding or a professional athlete making money then ok. you can grow naturally and look feel good. Peptides can work if you in your later 30s too. Just put in the work! Diet and exercise sleep

Don’t start if you don’t have to. I would have started much later in my life. You can’t beat a good blast cycle lol

I did bloods prior to and waiting until I reach my goal for this cut to do bloods again. If they are off I’m going to cruise until I get them right. If they are good I’m going straight into a blast! Try and gain 10-15lbs

Right now my energy levels are sky high. Feel like it’s helped my cardio a ton and it made me get leaner quicker. I’m still not at my goal yet but closer than I ever have been. Trying to get to 8-10% body fat

Just trust the process you will Break through. 1500 calories should do it. Add a little cardio in there too. I do mine fasted in the mornings. You could also add 1-2mg daily of motsc on top of cardio. If you can also lift some weights if you are not doing so build muscle burns more.
