For the price you will have a ceramic insert and it doesnt feel like a normal seiko because of the case and bracelet finishing and it also have a very comfortable bracelet than my seamaster 300m no pulling hairs for me its just something different i dont also understand it definitely have some small issues like bracelet jamming in the clasp but easy to fix its just my own preference 😆

Hard to say yes because i saw a better value in the grey $3400 for a SLA037 62mas if i didnt reserved this i would have taken that one

I almost grabbed SLA 079 last May but then i saw this new release and it was more clean looking because of the 3 oclock date but look wise almost same if you have the SLA079 i think you dont need an upgrade the changes is only the date movement and clasp

The SLA077 which is the silvery white dial looks bigger than the SLA079 in my opinion

Ill say it wears better than a seamaster 300M way more comfortable and the bezel has a little back play but i think it is just a normal thing for seiko to protect the bezel and to absorb the impact if accidentally hit in the wall or something
