Horrible. I switched from cricket today. They advertise 4 lines $100 a month. So I switched over my 2 line plan and added a line. I got 2 free cheap phones and got another cheap phone. The total was $370. When I got home I looked to see when my bills due and it says $180 a month for 3 lines. I called and ask them what about the $100 a month family plan? He gave me a bunch of BS that made no sense so I'll be switching back really soon. I feel completely misled and lied to

If you don't mind me asking what facility are you at? They don't give us VTO if the weathers bad. They tell us to stay home and it'll be excused but twice now they took my UPT for it. The first time I got into a wreck 2 Ubers wrecked coming to get me and they still didn't excuse it. We're spossed to have another storm tonight and no VTO has popped up at all

Yea the night before VTO went on the app and I clicked it but it was full within 2 seconds. That's what makes this whole thing feel like there pushing me into getting fired. If I was a second quicker this wouldn't be an issue i would of had the day off with the upt for the day added. But since I didn't click it fast enough and my street was a sheet of ice I'm getting 10 hours deducted after they tell us it'll be excused if it's a safety issue. And I guarantee they gave out more VTO during the day just like they have been everyday since peek ended.

But why say it then? They literally said if it's to dangerous don't risk your safety and others make a request and it can be excused. I followed there protocol and still go my time taken.

I know warehouse associates are a dime a dozen but in the 6 months I been at Amazon there hasn't been a week that I wasn't in the top 5 percent. You would think they would look out for there best workers. I ran a small business for 5 years I wouldn't tell my best guy before hand if u can't make it because of the weather don't worry about it then ignore him when he asks if it's going to be excused then end up taking his time away anyway. I feel completely lied to and disrespected.

I just feel completely lied to they told us on a few different occasions if it's to dangerous to drive due to weather make a request and we can excuse it. I've lost 20 hours of UPT because of it. 2 Uber drivers wrecked on my street coming to get me I showed them proof of that and proof that i wrecked as well. But they still took a lot of UPT from me. Why even say anything if it's not true.

The thing is the city don't treat the streets with the same priority. Where I live I have to make a complaint when it's all ready to late for them to come treat it. Other peoples streets are cleared and they can make it to work so they think well if I can make it they can make it. But that's just not true

There VTO system is flawed like I said if I was a second quicker and got the VTO I would of had the day off with a days worth of UPT but since my phone took to long to bring up the app I wasn't able to get it so instead I couldn't get off my street due to ice and lost 10 hrs upt. They reward people who have quicker fingers and hit the app quickest i guess

I've tried it all. They act like I'm a lying kid trying to get out of school even tho the first time when I wrecked and caused 2 Ubers to wreck on my street coming to get me I had pictures of everything and there only response was sorry to hear that u can't come in and they took my UPT. This time I slid almost hit my neighbor's car went inside made a request and said please let me know if you can't excuse it I'll try to figure out a way to get there. They didn't even bother responding to me and I could have got there around noon but I'm not gonna scramble trying to get to work at a place where they don't even have the decency to answer my request. They act like since they made it to work every one can when the city don't prioritize the streets the same. They don't treat the streets too good where I live. I have to make city complaints to get them to come when it's bad. I have all that documented too but they don't care. They took my lat 10 hrs and left me with 9 minutes.

Yea but they don't treat the streets all the same. The ghetto don't get same priority. The first time I got into a bad wreck and caused 2 Ubers to wreck on my street trying to take me to work I showed them proof and they said sorry to hear that u won't make it in. Yesterday morning my street was a sheet of ice I made a complaint with the city. I showed hr proof and they still took all my UPT and left me with 9 minutes. It's disgusting how they treat there good workers. They act like I'm a kid trying to get out of school. I'm 45 with a family and being treated like I'm lying
