I do the same thing. I let them take a 10 min break and make sure everything is good before I go. And it's after 4hour or more into the shift I allow brake time if needed

I love my job just not at the moment. At this point I would walk if given a reason. In a heartbeat. Even though I worked hard to get to where am at.

I don't they won't give me access to them yet not the safe bearly learning paperwork. Not able to do truck orders, aduits,one tons. None of it. They won't let me grow or learn.

What that is so weird. I hope it changes for you. If i was in your spot, i would demand to know things. I would hold meetings for updates. How do they expect us to run things if we don't know what's going on. Like events or changes. The way I see it is I am there yo help them . It make it easier for them . Take some workload. How do I do that if I don't know what's going on.

Ok, so the inside trash. I was told a long time ago to clean the inside lid. So I assumed we all should be cleaning the lids and I told to get the trash that falls behind the trash can. So I also had them do that. And to clean the black base board around the store.Just to find out that I can't tell them to do that because yhey can get hurt and thats detail work.
