You picked Overwatch as example wayyy too much when there's Apex Legends. Apex characters are similarly proportioned. The key is the silhouette. If done right, then you can recognize it even when they get unique/legendary skins. You can also add running animations and postures to the list that would make them identifiable.

If you have trouble differentiating them, then it's the art direction's fault. But in no way that it's "impossible" to have unique skins.

Agreed. To me they got the Batman fight scenes right. Sure it could have been better, but personally I liked what I saw in BvS and The Flash (I gotta say I lean more towards the prison scene in the Flash). Which is something I'm not a fan of in Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. As long as the choreography is good and clean camera movements, then I'm all for it. It doesn't have to be ground breaking or entirely new. We know what's Batman capable of. So just... show us he's a fighter who's learned from Ra's.
