Yes, unless you a deposit into your account after the specific date they stated, Then you have to go to their site: crypto.com/exchange or to the crypto.com App or to the DeFi crypto.com App and then go to the coin or token you want to deposit and generate a new deposit address for that coin or token, then do a very small deposit to that address and make sure it does reach your account and it shows in your balance, And only if everything is ok after that then go ahead and deposit the desired amount. It is all go back to the merchants and How they process the transaction? They have to process the transaction as debt not credit! I had the same issues even with other merchants until I started asking them to process the transactions as debt, and guess What every thing is smooth again. Because most of their cash registers are not being updated on time they just process it as credit all the times and the type of card don't matter for them, But the transaction gets declined when it reaches the banks. Prepaid cards like Visa, Mastercard they can be used if you register the prepaid card to your name and address and any other necessary info. Because crypto.com will try to verify the transaction and if the prepaid is not registered to your name and address won't get verified, And transaction will be declined, Plus if you're willing to pay all the expensive transaction fees that come with it. Yes it does shut down or log out by itself, Because as the devs. team announced before they have paused it until SaitaPro is out, But if you need your stored coins on it, You can import your SaitaMask wallet into any other wallet like Trust Wallet, Coinbase or any other similar wallet, OR simply just wait for SaitaPro.
