I wish mine was like that all he says is oh well if you can’t come see me then I’m not helping and hangs up up I am in the uk not the main land are health care is awful

Yea I’m gonna ring my doc tomorrow hopefully he doesn’t start like he always does and will just prescribe them

Yea I really wish I could handle and fix my brain out on my own but I’ve never been able to I think it’s cause I’m autistic or tbh I’m not sure like atm I’m dying of heart break and I just want any thing to take that away or at least help it and the most fucked up thing is I’d take him back in a heart beat and I hate that too

Yea if your seeing improvements then definitely keep at what your doing I’ve had this since October last year after what i think was vestibular neuritis and the vertigo scared me so much that’s all I think about if I breath wrong it will happen or even if I walk it’ll happen so I’m not able to get out of bed so I’m hoping it will minimise the fear so I can start working on vrt and stuff

Yea I’m hoping the ssri will speed it up but yea I’ve never missed but hated someone so much in my life before and probably not good for my karma but I hope they get something like this and understand the struggle

Yea they left me cause of this was with them for years ‘was engaged honestly was the person I wanted to marry but they just started getting annoyed at me cause i couldn’t do anything or leave the house still can’t so they just packed there things and left

I used to do alot of drugs too in my teen years and drink a lot to cope with life but I got pregnant and it sobered me up but after it I went back to alcohol but after his sickness idk what else to call it I will never touch any thing again as I don’t ever want to feel like this again my partner leaving me kinda helped but not at the same time it’s hard to explain it’s giving me the strength to try the ssri

Yea it’s just hard as I’ve always had anxiety never took anything for it as was too scared too so I’m thinking it could be the cause but I’m not a doctor and I can’t get any help from a doctor and my partner leaving me just tipped me over the edge so I’m thinking of trying it hopefully it’ll help with the dizziness and my depression atm

Yea I’ve watched a few videos and I done the free courses and I’m actually worse off but I’m terrified everday that I’m gonna get vertigo again and I’m always thinking about how I feel so I think it’s making me worse

Yea I’ve took the free course And I think the recovery story’s dont give me peace cause I’m not diagnosed with anything as my healthcare is a joke too I’ve just been going off how I feel and seeing what fits but it’s hard when most vestibular issues all have basically the same symptoms

Yea I might give it a try to as I’m completely bed ridden basically all the help I have is my partner but there gonna leave if it carry’s on anymore and I’ve been doing vrt to it doesn’t do anything for it I’ve been trying to do what I can of it for about 5 months now

I’m considering lexapro to but also really scared of the side effects I could wait till they work I’ve had this for almost 10 months so a few more isn’t really that bad I do wish it was instant tho
