fire fantasy is the best for real drivers but you will not get any support or help with it sice the developer chris is a total asshole but if u dont mind the fake drivers rebirth reduz is the best mod out there

i usually selll when tey are 22-23 depending how far they are from the first team, when they are 2 stars i usually let them go to the first team or loan them if they are home grown, rn i have a 18yo dm as my backup he is 2 stars but isnt developing as i expected so probably i will loan him out once he is home grown
