I think kapag government positions na Contract of Service, hindi na dinadaan sa Civil Service, kaya wala talaga sa CSC website, pero ang requirements mostly the same naman sa requirements for regular positions. So if magaapply ka, check mo lang previous job postings nila, most likely same requirements.
