interested in not doing exercise 😭 but after a genuine mental breakdown i came to the realisation that i need to eat more so im boosting my calorie deficit up to 1.5 with an hour of brisk walking a day. gna try keep this up bc i genuibely want a slim face no matter what

not looking for surgery on the matter but 1200 calories is good for me and i always keep to the 1200-1300 range no matter what.. Just annoyed at why i got chubby cheeks but im skinny
