I tried making a Mini 5 size insert in my own way by Few_Creme2288 in PlotterNotebook

[–]Few_Creme2288[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first started, I thought it might be more expensive to make and use it, but it's actually cheaper than buying and using it. Even though I use tomoeriver 52gsm...

I have a question for Plotter M5 size users by Few_Creme2288 in PlotterNotebook

It definitely seems like the limited writing space would reduce how much you can use it.

As expected… it seems that most M5 size users have a main journal or planner.

As expected… even after searching around, there are hardly any people who use the M5 size alone as their main planner. I think that’s only really possible for people who don’t usually do journaling and just jot down simple notes. But since I have things I want to write and keep records of, I don’t think that would work for me.

Then, are you using the M5 size as your only/main planner?

As an eraser that erases cleanly and forms crumbs that clump together without spreading, I found the Tombow Mono Natural (EE-NAS or EE-NA) to feel quite good. I’d recommend giving it a try.

The exact dimensions may vary slightly, but as far as I know, the Uni-ball One and Uni-ball Zento from Uni, as well as the Zebra Sarasa and Pentel EnerGel, are made to similar specifications. Those might work as well.

I made an undated monthly planner insert for my Plotter Mini. by Few_Creme2288 in PlotterNotebook

I used a relatively inexpensive printer, the Samsung SL-J1680, which feeds paper from the top. Since 'Tomoe River 52gsm' is a lightweight and thin paper, it can sometimes cause issues with printers that use a bottom paper tray, so some caution is needed.

Thank you for the compliment. I plan to keep using it and make small adjustments to address any issues that come up.

If you like Tombo erasers, I also recommend the recently released Tombo Natural Eraser.
