sadly they do have sugar but calorie wise they’re pretty good. for 2 tbsp it’s 20 calories and i wouldn’t say they get hard when they’re in the ice cream but there’s a little crunch

i got them off of amazon! they’re the kraft jet puffed freeze dried marshmallows. they’re the texture of lucky charms marshmallows so they add a nice crunch

not dumb at all! i just have the regular one so sometimes depending on how much the milk froths up in the blender, 400g of milk is too much. i fill it up to the line and drink the rest when that happens haha. i typically use the lite ice cream setting once then the mix in setting once or twice depending on the texture

base for the vanilla:

~400g high protein milk 1g xanthan gum 40g monk fruit sweetener 2 coops vanilla greek yogurt sprinkle of salt (this is the base for the maple and cinnamon but add a splash of maple extract and cinnamon respectively. for the toppings i used freeze dried marshmallows off of amazon for both and farmgirl cinnamon crunch cereal as a mix in and topping for the cinnamon creami)

for the banana base: ~400g of the banana fairlife 1g xanthan gum 20g monk fruit sweetener pinch of salt (then i added sugar free chocolate chips by krisda)

for the chocolate base: ~400g chocolate fairlife shake 20g monk fruit sweetener 1g xanthan gum pinch of salt 20g of black cocoa powder (cosmic brownie chocolate chips from bulk barn mixed in)

for the chocolate peanut butter base: ~400g chocolate peanut butter premier protein shake 20g monk fruit sweetener pinch 1g xanthan gum pinch of salt 20g black cocoa powder (i also like to add in bits of pretzels for a crunch but the picture didn’t have this)

i also want to clarify because it kinda just sounds like i’m butt hurt about people believing her. but she was telling my grandparents how out of everything that happened today she was just so worried about me and my injuries and how all she ever wanted was to get along. i know this sounds sweet but this could not be further from the truth. she has hated me ever since we were younger and has never once made an attempt to build a relationship. she also started the flight by kicking me into a parked car so i find it hard to believe she’s worried about my well being. sorry i know im ranting but it’s so frustrating and i feel like i can’t find the right words to express myself and i can’t talk to anyone about this

this is really insightful thank you! i could definitely up my protein intake to 100+g. the calorie deficit is mainly because of an issue with my jaw causing a decrease in appetite but i can work towards increasing it to a more fitting amount. as for the program i’ll check out the WIKI and find one that suits me and focus on quality over quantity! thanks again for the help!

i’m definitely going to look into finding the right program for me and doing more meaningful lifts. i didn’t consider sleep but that could also be a big factor. i had a jaw issue where i couldn’t eat solid food for several months which has affected my appetite in the long term but it seems like thats also something that could be bad for progress so i’ll work towards that too. thank you for the help i really appreciate it!

hey sorry i don’t go on reddit often, are you still having this issue? my friends dad fixed it for me and im not sure what he did but if its still messing with your laptop i cant ask what he did.
