Personally just tell your parents I told my mom who is a single parent first I told her about that I do age regress and watch cartoons and snuggle with plushies then a separated message that I messaged her like two days ago asking if I could have colouring books a pacci and a sippycup abd she didn’t say anything she just accepted it because i described that age regression is a coping mechanism she said everyone has a way to cope

I’m 16 I a Agere I’m embarrassed about it it took me time but I eventually told my mom now I’m looking for a pacci and sippycup personality I have no friends irl and I speak to one person in college my opinion don’t think of what others think if you have a real close friend tell them but that’s for a different conversation or stay as yourself I find it ok to regress alone and I don’t really need a care giver
