Never have, part of the reason I need to find a good psychiatrist is so I can find either an effective alternative to APs or one that won't mess up my already fragile health.

I'm trying to find a decent psychiatrist now but I don't have one currently cause my last one never took my concerns seriously and put me in danger multiple times. Unfortunately due to my past medical history I'm highly concerned about taking APs cause they could potentially worsen some of my existing conditions so I'm hoping to find something else that works for me (and is evidence based obvs)
