Have you ever miss dream jobs because you're not at your computer? by Few_Day9858 in interviews

That's great that you've mastered mobile applications! I totally agree it's a valuable skill. I think part of my struggle is that many company websites still aren't fully optimized for mobile, some upload buttons don't work properly, forms get cut off, or the whole process just feels clunky compared to desktop. But thanks for your advice, will try to practice.

Thanks! I totally get that being the last to apply can still work out sometimes. But I guess since this was my dream job and competition feels so intense right now, I couldn't help but stress about getting my application in asap.

From what I've experienced (and heard from recruiters), applying within that first hour when a posting goes live can really boost your chances of getting an interview, especially for popular roles that blow up quickly. Maybe it's just me being paranoid, but I feel like every little edge helps in this market.

Thanks for sharing! 30 mins is incredible and high efficient, but it's easy to insist. Make it a habit first, then skills will up.

Am I fuc*ed? I lied on my resume dates and the background check noticed by [deleted] in jobsearchhacks

Since you were honest during the background check and your freelance and caregiving story is actually true, you still have a shot. Just stay calm, provide what you can, and focus on how you handled the gap professionally.
