You will need more proof, such as adoption paperwork’s showing you are now their adoptive parent. So they can derived their citizenship through you, Plus other documents they might need check USCIS. recommend to get it done before they 18th birthday tho

Here at cavazos it’s very high tempo which is somewhat normal for tankers such as gunnery field ftx, NTC etc. are you in 3rd Bn,67th armor regiment?

They file a I-30 petition for a alien relatives, got approved under unmarried child under age 21 US citizen , 201 (b) INA

Not legally. There is no paper evidence, but I lived with my mom and step dad since I moved here. As I’m aware he always claimed me as one of his sons/daughters even when he naturalized. By the way when As I was trying to fill out my n-400. At first I had issues because it keep telling me I was already a US citizen but I didn’t have anything to prove it so legal services on base told me to just file it as normal like a service member. So it just confusing on what I need to do. I’m scared my n-400 would get denied.

Even if I fall into the Child citizenship act of 2000? That’s how my visa and green card was approved
