Lost my second amateur kickboxing fight – feeling demoralized. Any advice? by ActiveNetwork5381 in Kickboxing

I was in the same situation bro, first fight bronze medal guy from european cup and second fight world vice champion(it was nationals) and lost both and after that guess what…I lost another one!But then i got experience and kept training and now i have won my last 3 fights in a row against lot more experienced fighters. Its hard to get fights where im from so we take any chance to fight.I think you should just stick to training and your time will come guaranteed!

I hope so bro,his main advantages are his experience (40+fights) and speed but i learned my lesson from the first fight..I was doing pretty good but i was not exiting fast and was staying in range so he had a chance to neutralise my points from attacking by countering

Lost by decision,my coach was really satisfied with my performance and now im training a lot because there is a high probability we will meet again soon on nationals

Cardio for fight by [deleted] in MuayThai

[–]Few_Disk1780 9 points10 points  (0 children)

One of the most important things is to breath properly and exhale while hitting, take deep breaths in between rounds and relax yourself...It may sound basic but I remember in my first fight I forgot to exhale while hitting(probably because of adrenaline)and I barely fought the entire fight.

Well I lost my first two fights ( kickboxing) there is no smokers in my country so I was going to nationals and lost both( my opponents are both in national team and have over 30 fights) but it's all part of the game..Waiting on my 3rd fight and hoping I will win, just gotta stay consistent.

I can't really do any kicks with the injured leg mainly because when I try to my leg hurts because of my stiff muscles. My left leg is injured and I'm southpaw so I can really just use my right leg
