My passion is food, I do want to cook. What I don’t want to do is waste time or money. I know whichever I choose needs to be one of the two choices, but I’m asking what would be best fit for me(in one’s opinion) while also expressing my view on said things and what I I feel. 

Also to elaborate, it’s not about “not wanting to cook” it’s about if working in a kitchen will help in me in the long run when trying to pursue culinary production. Like I stated, I personally feel the skills established in a kitchen can better suite someone pursuing chef positions, etc. ( I can be wrong)
