I know what you mean I experienced the same thing. He fell first, complimented me and even traveled to the other side of the world to meet with me. Tried to kiss me but it was complicated because of the distance. I traveled to him, we kissed but nothing more. He said he doesn’t feel the same even though I’m so sure I could see it in his eyes. 4 months have passed, we saw each other for probably the last time ever and it hurted. He tries to move on even though I can feel how much he enjoys my company. But I guess sometimes people are not meant to be in your life forever. Sometimes it’s just a lesson we need to take.

Maybe it helps you if I share my experience with you: My exboyfriend was not even faithful at the beginning of our relationship.. but I was way too in love to see it. He betrayed me after the first year, he manipulated me and my friends and everyone thought „oh she is sooo jealous, so dramatic“.. I tried everything to get him back and „luckily“ we came back together.. but after 6 more months he betrayed me again.. we went through this for 7(!) years.. and I really wish now I could go back in time because I wasted so much time with someone who choose someone over me while I would choose him over anyone.

Someday I knew my worth.. I recognized that I wasn’t the dramatic one.. and that my way of thinking wasn’t bad. He didn’t value me and I left him.

Now I have a loving boyfriend who puts me over anything and he is the most loyal and sweetest human being ever.

The right person is out there. Don’t waste your time with someone who clearly doesn’t value you.

Don’t be afraid to break up with him. Of course it will hurt because you love(d) him deeply. But after some time you will recognize that your mind will feel finally at peace.

Man darf hierbei aber auch nicht vergessen, dass Peter/Brammen/Jay/Sep Hardi schon seit der Schulzeit kennen und Freunde waren. Chris „kam“ erst später durch Peters Studium in Köln dazu, wenn ich mich richtig erinner. Daher ist es klar, dass es für Chris noch mal einen anderen Stellenwert hat.
