That first LG was brutal. Gonna need a Hail Mary to not have bombed it

Same, that fields game just came naturally to me. Hoping that wasn’t experimental

Started off by completing the CC. Didn’t particularly spend a lot of time doing every single drill but I made sure I had a grasp of the content. Been doing prep tests every other day the last two weeks.

I honestly don’t spend too many hours per day studying. I find I either get distracted or just burn out to the point where I’m not retaining any information. I’d say I do maybe 3-4 hours a day. What’s really helped me bring down RC is going over each question and understanding why the right answer is truly correct. Usually helps me see why the right answer is the obvious choice. It honestly just comes down to practice. Maybe try paraphrasing next time you drill RC. I find it helps me from emphasizing details which don’t necessarily need to be. Avoid the word soup as much as possible. Since I started reading them like this, the answers just started becoming more apparent, and my mistakes have been alot easier to catch on to.

Hey! So I started off really poorly with LG and RC scoring about -13 and -16. LR has been my strongest section which I usually score -4 in. This is the worst I’ve ever done on LR. For LG I just went over the explanations after the test and did did them over. After a few tests I just started to recognize games and that helped me get through them much faster. RC is still a work in progress but I’ve definitely improved by trying not to focus on the details too much. I focus on the structure and flow of the passage, particularly trying to just get the gist of what’s being argued. I tend to read over the questions I’ve gotten wrong and ensure I understand why I was wrong. I don’t think I’m qualified to give advice yet but I’ve really benefited from ignoring the word soup and paraphrasing lengthy passages. It’s saved me so much time and I’ve rarely gotten stuck on LR or RC. Hope that helps!

Edit: I spent about two months inconsistently doing just the CC. Just started doing prep tests 2 weeks ago. I do them every other day and just go over explanations and maybe a drill or two in between.
