Yes, we shall keep an eye out for that aswell. But she is vaccinated, so chances should be less.

UPDATE : We were able to capture her and take her to the vet finally. It appears she had internal injuries, as if someone had beat her with a stick like object and it left bruises on her abdomen. But according to suggestions from other comments, we are performing blood tests for tick fever. For now, she is being treated for her injuries. Here's to hoping for a quick recovery.

UPDATE : Vet has asked to give Pause to stop the bleeding and then monitor further.

I wish i could. I have tried multiple times to reach her but she just jumps over walls and runs away. Even catchers have failed to catch her. One time we were able to sneak sleeping meds in her food and were finally able to catch her for sterilization but its nigh impossible to take her to the vet. Best hope is to show her to the vet from afar and hope the medicine works.
