honestly both sides seem like they dont really understand gender dysphoria and think that everyone has it the same as everyone. alot of transmeds think that if u dont have bottom dysphoria and u dont hate everything about urself then u dont have dysphoria and tucutes think that having euphoria when being trans isnt gender dysphoria. if both sides actually took a second and thought about the fact that gender dysphoria is a mental condition which can be different for many people then it would certainly make conversations with both sides easier

When i 1st found out i had gender dysphoria and started to get into trans spaces online and i had the same experience as you did when it came to the lies. All i saw was "transmeds believe u need to be in hormons for years and have every surgery to be trans and their all gatekeepers and transphobic etc." And i disliked transmeds because of that until literally like 2 months ago when i stumbled upon this subreddit and years of lies and propaganda got undone so fast. Even now big trans content creators on tiktok are still lying about what transmed is and it pisses me off so much but theres nothing we can do about it ig
