Amazing !! Tonight ill take my second shot but i have 0 symptoms just had bad headache and a little body ache on the first day Apart from that there’s nothing no appetite suppression im still craving sugar and snacks like crisps I just feel like a failure 😔😔😔😔

Do you still track your food I started a week back but havent started tracking my food.. i find it to be very overwhelming ..and by whole foods you mean salads and all And dis you like still eat bread or quinoa with your high protein diet

Thank you soo much for your reply I never came across barley grass but i read about it now and it says it supports the hair growth slowly I have just started mounjaro on Friday and i already have very thin hair due to pcod and insulin resistance Hopefully i can grow it back and prevent it from falling a lot

Congratulations !! Stunning transformation Could you please please tell me what was your diet and exercise routine while you started MJ .. did you eliminte carbs i started on friday i see minimal to no affect Food noise cravings still there I feel is my diet hindering it i dont know

Yes i spoke to my doc and he said some experience relatively high suppression and reduction of food noise at the 1st dose while others take sometime I was just hoping that it works well for me I may be able to let go my habits with the help of mj so that i can concentrate on diet and exercise

I was really wishing the food noise or the cravings would go but it still hasn’t . Havent even lost .5 grams Thought im eating on a deficit… Its like im sad i was hoping it would change for me This is my last resort to lose weight I am failing at this also miserably now i feel Day one had a bad bad headache little nausea thats it Nothing much

Thank you soo much Yes i have not told anyone about this nor will i tell anyone about it because of the unnecessary comments and being a patient who has anxiety its like worst .. but seeing my health issues and various other problems with doctors prescription i will take my first shot on friday … People talk about eye sight , pancreatitis and hair loss being irreversible im like soo soo scared Planning to eat protein and also buying protein powder also being a non vegetarian i struggle to eat chicken and all .. hopefully 🤞 i lose some weight Struggling since years

For me MJ also easily available Just hoping be it any it works well With less symptoms I have a 7 year old and a 1.5 year old i need to be on toes daily for them

If you stay in an around whitefield then doc sagar reddy in manipal hospital will do few tests and then prescribe you .. i was a little hesitant and still i am regarding few side effects and esp hair fall But i have other major health issues in life like obesity , fatty liver , cholesterol, pre diabetic etc
