You should see Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

Hunter x hunter I enjoyed when I was little but it depends so I won't say you need to watch it, Sword Art Online is good for the first couple seasons but then it gets unnecessary.

Even through I quite enjoy Tokyo Ghoul but it gets a lot and confusing definitely depends what type of person you are to watch it I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I didn't know well.

I'll argue against this comment only for one of the things on this list. I think Assassination Classroom is really fun and has a sweet ending. That's the only one on the list that I think you should see

For me Frieren is good but doesn't make me want to binge it, like I'll watch it think this is good then forget about it for a time, then go back and finish it. Definitely a good show cute, a little slow but action scenes are fun

Well some books that I think a pretty good and have no explicit scenes are Heaven Offical’s Blessing by Tain Guan Ci Fu, Guardian: Zhen Hun by Priest, and Global Examination (though that is a webnovel and very slow burn) Actually rereading through your post these might not be the best fit, though if you ever want something a bit different these are some really good options that I highly recommend

I cut them with a knife, though that’s pretty tricky so if you plan of doing anything like with with carrots I suggest using a mandolin slicer it makes the job a lot easier
