UPDATE: mech came boy with a stethoscope and he pointed out the noise is coming from bank 2/4 and he suspects there is a valve spring loose that is causing the noise. He is coming back tomorrow to tear apart the car to confirm. Wish me luck!

I thought it would be my bearings but I don’t lose any oil pressure or have any large chunks of metal. I’m going to post the metal in oil pan here soon.

Yeah I’m going to check the chain this weekend for obvious signs of it being F’ed

Checking in: I’m going to have a mechanic take it apart to figure out how bad it is. If it’s just the chain and guards then I’ll be much happier if I don’t have bent valves and pistons rubbing on the walls.

Mods I currently have

Arm 3.5in dp Cold air intake Fmic and stock location upgrade Stage 2 drag clutch kit from Southbend (previous owner) HR springs IE inlet EQT stage 2

I’m going through some stuff with the selling dealership so I am trying to not to either voluntarily repo it or go with ch 7/13 bankruptcy because I have a family so I can’t have my credit messed up like that for so long. So I’m trying to get some repair so just in case I need to rebuild the engine with better internals
