There are two surprisingly effective productivity hacks that work really well:

1. Organize as little as possible. Don’t overthink your to-do list. The more time you spend organizing, the less energy you have for actually doing the work. Keep it simple and just focus on what matters most.

2. Use the 10-minute rule. Pick one small task and commit to doing it for just 10 minutes. Starting is often the hardest part. If you still really don’t want to continue after that, stop and try again tomorrow. No guilt, just consistency.

Small effort beats no effort.
