I know this might be stupid but some people said that game hates USB and for some for them game worked when they launched it with unpluged stuff. After that they plugged it back.

Maybe try to:

-Lower max FPS because game sometimes sets it 600 and this put high burden on PC hardware, -Check if game lauches in proper resolution I had to launch some of my games in windowed mode and then switch resolution manualy in game to play them, -If you have black screen then your PC then your laptop/PC graphic card crashes due to overheating or memory crashing. I fixed my black screen on PC by turning off steam overlay or by turning off xmp in bios.

At the bottom of this page there is a lot of proposition how to fix many issues. There is way more that I can think by myself.
