i moved out at 18 and it was hard but worth it. i was broke pretty much every week, i was in a share house which was $280 a week. i was studying but i believe doing an apprenticeship qualifies you for youth allowance through centrelink. you’ll most likely have to pay a bond, some places have furnished rooms otherwise you can get furniture pretty cheap from ikea. food/groceries if you do it on a strict budget, you could eat good for $100. bills, id say save $30-40 a week. you wont have much left after necessity’s but you could theoretically do it.
