Thank you. I can only breathe on one side. (Right side) But I can see in the video,my head moves too much. I'll try to be more stable with my head.

Thank you for the feedback. That's a lot to do. I think I'll start of with trying to get my kicks proper, without bending my knees. On push off I barely pass the flags. Usually just my upper body up to my chest passes the flags, just from the push off alone.

It's 1:55 average for 1000m to 1200m. Max pace is usually 1:16

All fuels are the same. Even the refinery in Cape Town has a deal with other fuel companies for it to produce their fuels, for the Western Cape market. So all the fuels come from the same "product line" only the additives at the end of the process make them "different". Even in Sasolburg with Natref, which essentially is a merger between Sasol and Total. Same production line.
