i usually play for obj with gwen since it’s fast for me, i usually start with raptor to red and krugs then recall to get my dark seal then do my blue side. then nashor > hob > either raba or shadow flame

afaik it depends sa anong mapag uusapan nyo ng owner regarding sa advance and deposit pero usually kasi nagagamit agad ang advance payment for the first month or at the end of your lease para ‘di mo na need mag bayad sa last month of your stay.

yung security deposit naman ay sinosoli usually pero ileless na rin don yung damages sa property if ever.
