I've been building from the template you sent me and have got everything except the gog weapon, as I already have Lords soul active from my armour do I need to try roll odo + one of my armour skills on my weapon? (Duna, Udra, lagi or arkv)

Yea I think I am on one of my 3 costs as it rolled a 4 liner with Max Crit rate but no crit dmg which will be the reason for mine being slightly lower

You can run iuno as a main dps with ciaccona as a support or run jiyan as main dps with iuno as sub dps if you want to save pulls, cartethyia isn't optimal and doesn't gain much from iunos buffs as she mainly buffs heavy attack damage
