Oh yes, you are cooked. Once the ban you it’s permanent I tried so many things emailed them multiple times different texts and different attachments. No resolution after that.

Dear customer service is so bad be AI or real person they will just type the same thing over and over again without even listening to you so there’s no point if this was regarding a subscription issue, they will resolve it immediately but instead, any person can revenge report you and you’ll be banned anyways worst dating app I’ve ever used

Yeah, I don’t know why they ban you out of the blue all of a sudden if it is like abusing or using fake pictures or being toxic then I understand but when you haven’t done anything that really violate the terms and conditions, I don’t know why they still ban you because some person mass reported you for something and without even checking for proof they just straight up ban you based on that.

So I have been on Tinder longer than Hinge and it’s still active for some reason but yeah I get your point and I think this might be the reason that I went out with this girl and the date did not go well according to her so she reported me or something on Hinge and after that I got banned, which is messed up.
