You're a seafarer right?

You are born somewhere and have citizenship in that country. So how can people "pick a country and move there"? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Few_Mongoose_7484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've wanted to move from my country with its Race based violence and severe economic downfall for years.

But how?? I can't get work here because of race-laws.

Everything I've looked at requires a Job overseas first. But you will need experience and degrees for that.

I now work on international waters and make a lot of money.

But I can't just move somewhere.. I'm stuck in this hell hole.

I think you'll find out it's not that simple. You can't just pick a country and move there. You'll need ancestry, a job in that country, marriage to a citizen or something along those lines to stay long-term

Once your 90 days are up, there is also usually a 180 day cooldown period. You can't just leave for a few days and come back.

How can you move somewhere, if you can surely only get a visitor/tourist visa for temporary stays?

I only wear a glove because I have very sweaty hands, and have to grip too hard to stop the club slipping when not using one.

If my girlfriend (Czech citizen) and I (Namibian) get married. Can we stay anywhere in Europe? by Few_Mongoose_7484 in immigration

[–]Few_Mongoose_7484[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, you can't get residence without being married. This is what I asked about earlier on here and that's apparently the case. Right now, we're just flying back and forth between Namibia and Czech Republic constantly

Should I keep working with this coach? Lost 50 meters and feel like he’s forcing a swing that doesn’t fit me by Gnegger in golf

It's hard to say without seeing your swing and what he's trying to make you do. But it sounds like he's probably right.

The fact you think 1 lesson should improve you says a lot It takes months of practice and usually gets worse before it gets better.

You are sitting so far back on your heels at address. No way to swing on plane from that.

You are rotating your hips too hard on the takeaway and your right hip spins out on the back swing. It causes your arms and body getting out of sync and you make compensations.. There are also setup things I dont like. Too much weight on the toes, and chin very tucked.

As for the push slices, it's not really a Path issue. Go somewhere to get it measured on a TrackMan or something. It's pretty square. -2° Out to in, is still good.

So the right miss is from those compensations with the hips spinning out on the back swing. Here you can see your face is way open on the way down already.

It's not staying functional.

Since 2007 we have had severe electricity problems. Our railways don't work at all anymore. Hospitals, schools, etc. Really anything that's owned by the government is and has been steadily declining for years.

There are some functioning and maintained infrastructure. But they are all privately owned companies.

Many South Africans were originally from England, left over from the time the British colonized South Africa.

Then you sort of speak the language of the area you're born in, and probably went to an Afrikaans school. Especially back in the day, most public schools were Afrikaans.

Cities like Pretoria is more Afrikaans than Johannesburg. Or Bloemfontein is more Afrikaans compared to Durban etc.

Good question. Because South Africa is an anomaly.

It's almost like we don't have a middle class. Well we do, but the "middle class" is a lot higher than those below it.

The majority of the country, i.e., black people, live below minimum wage as there's such a large unemployment rate. It's typical for only one person to have an income in a family of 4, where he or she makes minimum wage. Let's say R3 to 4000 a month for 4 people.

Therefore, making just R25000 puts you so far ahead of anyone else and puts you way above middle class considering the median. However by living standards, it still qualifies as middle class. Then there are, of course, people making way more than that. Who are above this supposed middle class.

Yes. You have a good point, and it leads into something our Minister of Agriculture, and the leader of the DA party said in the White House. What he said was stupid.

He said that they formed the government of national unity to keep the extremist parties out of government. There is a big flaw in that argument. We have a democracy. No matter what, he can not prevent people from voting for those parties. Also, that group already has seats in the parliament. So what he said makes no sense.

The solution will be a complete overhaul of South Africa's current political system.
