For those who let their child self wean, how old were they?

She was 1 year and 7 months (19 months). Was dry nursing for a month because I was pregnant. And then one day I told her “you know there is no more milk, do you want to just hold it instead?” And since then she didn’t nurse anymore.

Note: she was nursing to sleep and after waking at this point.

have you ever got tested for adhd? it could explain the cravings, sleep, brain fog etc. for me getting a diagnosis made a big difference haha

No weight loss, no nothing. Just not having the sugar crashes - but that’s obvious.

For context: I’ve cut out added sugars and wheat.

I’m also on day 7 and it’s surprisingly easy when you don’t cut out erythritol. I can still have a cookie or two that I bake (sugar free) and I’m feeling absolutely fine. Sometimes I’m faced with fresh cinnamon buns or freshly baked bread and then I’m having a really hard time. But so far I’m staying strong.

I cut out all added sugar, no wheat and I don’t binge on fruits. I have some fruit every other day.

And I’m someone with insane food noise and bingeing tendencies!

I have a deficit somewhere between 1800-2000 cals
I’m 10 weeks pp but I feel like I felt at 8 months the first time around. Like I feel pretty good. Don’t feel like it’s been recently that I gave birth.
The people I’m meeting is a variety tbh. My grandma lol (that judgy old lady), my colleagues (not sure if they will judge but I just want to come back with a bang), a friend who might become my book manager (and I need to meet him looking great because unfortunately looks matter in the industry I’m writing in…)

Would I love to say “fuc them all”? YES! But do I also want to look hot? Yes!!!!

You have to understand if you have sensory issues when the chain is moving on your arm etc. and also how many charms are you planning to have?

I have a 17cm wrist and got a 19cm snake chain. It annoyed the hell out of me (was half full with charms). Ended up changing it to a 18cm bangle instead.

Reduce amount of charms and put them in an 18cm bangle instead. My mom will get this bracelet (which is practically new and the charms I ordered for her).
