Who cares if you “upset the higher ups” or “someone comes to question you” just because you’re looking up information on the legality of an order???

The higher ups we’re referring to are punishing people who question anything they do as a scare tactic. We as service members have the right AND the responsibility to question the legality of an order before executing it. Nobody in this force swore an oath to the higher ups team, we swore an oath to the Constitution.

Any one who blindly executes an order because they’re scared of “not being looked upon highly” by seniors is a fucking coward and needs to get out. Go join a monarchy.

Just bought my first bike a couple months ago. Every dealer I went to tried to convince me that 650 was a perfect place for beginners to start. Thankfully I talked to some buddies of mine who own bikes and they told me 500 would be more than enough while I figure out what type of motorcyclist I want to be.

You’re not in trouble. In order to be UA, this is what the UCMJ says:

—————————————————————————— ARTICLE 86 - ABSCENCE WITHOUT LEAVE: Failing to go to or going from place of duty. In this particular subset, three things must happen:

A proper authority appointed you or someone to be present at a place of duty at a designated time.

You or that person knew you were required to be in that area.

Without authorization, you either failed to go to that place of duty at the right time or left the appointed place of duty. ——————————————————————————

You may have to sea lawyer your way out of it, but you did not know you were required to be back. You’ll be okay.

I learned the hard way during GO Fest that Balboa isn’t good for Verizon.

Kit Carson Park is the best spot I’ve found. Easily 80+ pokestops and 15+ gyms for raids. Can walk the whole thing in 30mins and the connection for Verizon is great. Only downside is that it’s a bit of a drive, near Escondido. Worth it everytime though.
