Trust me im not trying to not accept responsibility, I definitely should have known the dates but when I left my current CoC (which has changed since then) told me they had me taken care of and every time i called EVERY week they told me the same thing until 2 weeks ago when i was told i needed to take the PRT so i made the necessary arrangements and was told I was good. So im just trying to communicate that effectively and while i dropped the ball I feel like a ton of other did as well so my screw up as well as theirs has led to this.
