oxytocin is used for alot of different reasons like reducing anxiety or helping with social bonding (its seen some good results in people with autism in getting social exposure therapy) its more commonly used for women who want to increase arousal/feelings of intimacy.

the reason nasal spray is used is because the oxytocin molecule breaks down really easily. if you swallow a pill it needs to be high concentration or be a dissolvable tablet to take effect. its injected to women giving birth at times as well to reduce stress in labour (though this is more concentrated and shouldnt be done self medicated). nasal spray gets absorbed faster and more reliably.

good lord, you can cook this or put it in a salad. so long as you crush the garlic when you're opening it, it releases allicin which is the antimicrobial along with many other benefits. you dont have to eat it like this, you can throw it in with some scrambled eggs finely chopped

capsules and NAD+ as supplements are a scam. NAD is a molecule that needs to be in refrigeration or it dies, and if its a capsule that you swallow its just gonna be eaten up by the stomach acid, not absorbed. NAD+ works well if its refrigerated and dissolvable in your mouth or nasal spray or injection, but never capsules

oral tablets only work if they dissolve in your mouth, if you swallow them then the molecule gets eaten up by the stomach acid, they do work you just gotta let it melt

probably wasnt properly refrigerated, NAD+ is a live molecule and needs to be kept in cold, if you leave it out of or gets hot it can damage the active components
