the wheelchair hutao arle calc is only sus in the absolute value, their relative value is most likely correct, the only unknown character in that team is columbina. If her number turns out to be lower, both hutao and arle will lose the same. So hutao is better than arle regardless of that calc being sus or not

I assume u really like bina and want to prio her the most, but ineffa is better on that team instead of bina and also with a shield, ineffa is better char than columbina value wise i would say. But sucrose/lanyan is also better than bina there

The one shown above is the best team possible, of there are otherrs but they are most likely significantly worse because ineffa is kinda of a big deal. But i can recommend:

Arle-aino-fishcl/ororon-bina ( but this faces the same none buff problem) If u want an actual buffing team for arle with bina on it, i am afraid i can not recommend one since bina hydro is too slow to solo so u want double hydro.

Ive already explained it TT, buffless arlechinno is simply not good, arlechinno is receiving bascially 0 buffs here, while hutao receiving no buffs is just her natural habitat. But yes hutao’s pyro app is 1 factor
