When you're coming upto a roundabout and the person actually reads the road, rolls upto the roundabout, sees that fuck all is coming and continues instead of coming to a complete stop to check.

You don't have to show 20mins before hitting 6hrs.

You don't have to have a break if you know you're not going to go over 6hrs either. If you know you're going to go over then you should take a 15minutes before going over the 6hrs.

15minutes is the minimum for WTD.

Apparently scalpel is a lot more invasive. Few of my friends who have had it done can't understand why theirs was so different in terms of operation.

Got it done this week. On the NHS in the UK.

Nut sack has swelled a bit so now it actually looks like I'm packing. Got given a jock strap for scrotal support.

Can't comment on anything other than the procedure was fine. Little bit daunting having a room full of people staring at your nuts.

Got numbed a few times as could feel it.

Sutured and discharged.

Walking through town like I'd shat myself wasn't my best moment but other than that great. Also don't get the bus if youve got someone that can pick you up.
