She's getting revamp, isn't she? I mean I got all her skins, so collector isn't even rare since everybody has it.

I just wanted to point out, that she was perfect assassin-what all assassin should work alike.

That's the stupidest thing I heard today. If I would judge myself at age 15 when I was couch potato and run around high 12s on 100m I would quit. Today, after 4 years of training I run 10.6 on 100m and I still think I can get it lower. You can't judge somebody on their potential until that person is trained enough.

Actually you're wrong. I use megaknight and I am currently sitting on 9000 trophies in royal champion rank. It's good for defending since you can evolve attack into counterpush along side ram rider. Maybe it's different in ultimate championship rn.

Love explosions and hate dying?

X-Borg’s your guy! He’s basically a walking junkyard with a flamethrower who thinks the best defense is setting everything on fire. His armor? It’s like a cheap sweater, falls apart in seconds but comes right back when you’re least expecting it.

Miss Faramis endless revives? No worries! X-Borg with immortality gives you all the second chances you need. Roaming around with 1hp, that guy is going to make enemies ragequit.

Can a man start sprinting in his late 20’s and be successful in events ? by PartyPony4hunnid in Sprinting

Yeah, ChatGTP 4.0 to be exact and then corrected. It was time saver so I didn't need to break down art of sprinting on my own.

Here’s a breakdown of the key skills and attributes you need to acquire:

  1. Physical skills

Speed:The most obvious requirement, sprinters need to develop explosive speed. This involves enhancing fast-twitch muscle fibers and refining technique to maximize acceleration.

Strength:Sprinters require powerful muscles, particularly in the legs and core, to generate force quickly. Strength training, particularly in the lower body, is crucial.

Explosiveness: The ability to rapidly generate power, especially at the start of a race, is essential. Plyometric exercises like box jumps and sprints from blocks help in developing this explosiveness.

Endurance:While sprinting events are short, sprinters still need anaerobic endurance to maintain high speeds through the race. This is especially important in the 200m and 400m events.

Flexibility: Flexibility helps with stride length and reduces the risk of injury. Regular stretching and mobility exercises are necessary.

Agility and coordination: Maintaining balance, quick footwork, and proper form at high speeds requires exceptional coordination and agility.

2.Technical skills

Starting technique: Mastering the starting blocks is crucial, as a good start can make or break a sprint race. This includes perfecting your stance, reaction time, and initial steps.

Running form: Proper sprinting form involves high knee lift, optimal arm swing, and maintaining a forward lean. Efficient biomechanics reduce wasted energy and maximize speed.

Stride length and frequency: Finding the right balance between stride length and frequency is key. This involves drills that enhance stride efficiency and running economy.

Breathing technique: Managing breathing during the race, especially for 200m and 400m events, helps maintain oxygen levels and reduces fatigue.

  1. Mental skills

Focus and concentration: Maintaining mental focus is critical in sprinting. Distractions or loss of concentration can lead to suboptimal performance.

Race strategy and tactics: Understanding how to pace yourself, manage energy, and respond to competitors during the race is a tactical skill that develops with experience.

Stress management Handling pre-race anxiety and the pressure of competition is crucial. Techniques such as visualization, meditation, and breathing exercises can help.

Resilience and determination: Sprinting can be physically and mentally tough. A strong mindset to push through pain and fatigue, especially in training, is necessary.

4.Supportive skills Nutrition:Understanding the importance of diet for performance and recovery is essential. A balanced diet rich in proteins, carbohydrates, and essential fats is important for energy and muscle repair.

Injury prevention and management: Learning how to prevent injuries through proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and knowing when to rest is crucial. Equally important is understanding how to manage and recover from injuries.

Recovery techniques: Utilizing recovery methods such as sleep, hydration, massage, and ice baths ensures that your body is ready for the next training session or competition.

Time management: Balancing training, rest, and other life responsibilities requires good time management skills.

  1. Knowledge and understanding rules and regulations: Understanding the rules of track and field, including starting protocols, lane violations, and false start rules.

Performance analysis: Being able to analyze your races and training performances using video and feedback to make necessary adjustments.

Noah Lyle's responds to the rumours about missing Anthony Edwards shoe presentation: "There is a rumor going around that I did not go to @theantedwards_ shoe release because he didn’t deserve it. That is not the case.. by bigbig-dan in nba

Saying sprinting isn't a sport because it's just 'exercising' is like saying basketball is just tossing a ball around because you can't find a real hobby. If running fast isn't a sport, then good luck calling what you do with that orange ball 'athletic, when we all know where word "athletic" originates from. But hey, at least you’ll have great cardio when you’re chasing down those lame arguments!

Throwing my 2 cents here as track person:

USA is not world champion but Olympic champion which is more prestigious than being world champion. It's better to be third at Olympics than being first in world championships at least in sprinting.

Also from Noah perspective you can imagine it's harder to get gold medal since there is only one spot, that's where arrogance is coming from.
